This class is designed for everyone! We will begin with a gentle warm up then start to move the joints. Exercises will focus on warming up the legs/hips and arms/shoulders, so we can experience and understand how the body moves. Once we have done a thorough warm up, we will start to back bend. We will experiment with ways to be efficient, sensible, and technically driven. Each student will have individualized exercises to best make use of time and energy. Lastly, we will cool down the body and do some conditioning.
