Drill fundamental ballet exercises without the pressure of learning complicated choreography. Work on strengthening and stretching all muscle groups to achieve a dancer’s body and ballet lines. Great for beginning dancers who want to learn the basics and develop proper ballet form. Also useful for intermediate and advanced dancers who want to focus on their technique.
Class format includes warm up and quick stretch, technique drills, floor work, stretching, break down a difficult ballet step and cool down.
Women: Black fitted T-shirt or cami, black leggings or black jazz pants or leotard and tights, black or pink ballet slippers. Chiffon ballet skirt is optional.
Men: Black or white t-shirt and black long shorts to knee or black jazz pants, black yoga /workout pants, black ballet slippers.
