At Break the Barriers, we pride ourselves on the quality of our gymnastics program. All classes are taught by accomplished gymnasts who are experts in teaching gymnastics techniques, spotting, and building students’ self-esteem. Students are trained in all of the gymnastics events including the trampoline, tumble track, parallel bars, uneven bars, high bar, spring floor, vault, rings, and balance beam. Each student is taught skills for his or her individual level in a fun and encouraging environment.
COVID-19 Safety Measures
- All mats and equipment will be cleaned after every class and props will be cleaned (or new props used) after every rotation.
- The gymnastics floor and apparatuses have been marked with tape or chalk, showing six feet of separation between students.
- Gymnastics coaches must wear masks and are not allowed to come into contact with students in adherence to the social distancing rules. The teaching of all gymnastics skills will be adapted and adjusted to ensure the safety of students.

Students must wash their hands before and after class.
- Only one parent will be allowed to enter the gymnastics area in order to maintain social distancing guidelines and not go over our occupancy limitations
