After a brief assessment on the first day of class, participants could be moved around to another level based off of comfort in the water and swimming ability. Participants will expand upon concepts such as breath control, floating, gliding, treading water and combined arm and leg actions and work to fine tune their strokes and breath control. Beginners, self-taught swimmers and everyone in between will learn and refine basic skills while building the confidence and endurance needed to enjoy this lifetime activity.
This program is intended for ages 15 to 18.
