As the leader in STEM / STEAM Summer Camps, Classroom Antics fuels your child’s passion for STEAM. We pride ourselves on being able to develop kids from tech consumers into tech creators. Using the latest in STEAM technology, we spark creativity in your child. We start by using products that kids love like LEGO, Minecraft, Roblox, VEX and Kodu. Our STEAM summer camps inspire collaboration among campers while fostering new friendships.
What makes our STEAM programs a camp is that it meets on back-to-back days. Each STEAM camp is a 5-day, 15-hour program. In the summer, our camps are day camps, not overnight camps. Depending on the subject matter the camp is either a morning camp from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or an afternoon camp from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
A full-day summer camp option is available. All you would need to do is register for both a morning and afternoon camp and send a packed lunch with your child. Then, they stay over the lunch hour and eat with other students and the instructors. Instructors ensure that kids are engaged and entertained over the lunch hour and get to their afternoon camp.
We have had non-English speakers attend camps like LEGO Bots and have a great time because LEGO transcends language! We do not offer translators.
Students registered with their county Board of Developmental Disabilities may be eligible for camperships that will cover the cost of camp. Check with your county BDD.
Classroom Antics is an ACE Ohio Service Provider. If you register for camp after February 28th, you’ll be required to pay upfront for camp and submit your receipt AND an addendum we provide you to ACE Ohio for reimbursement. You must contact us to get that addendum; ACE will not approve your claim without it!
Note that ACE is now closed to new applicants, so you must be currently qualified for ACE Ohio in order to be reimbursed.
