• 7 years and up
• 75 min session
• Girls at this level learn more difficult skills after mastering all skills from the beginning level.

Skills learned in this level include:

• Round-off and handsprings on floor
• Handstand on the balance beam
• Back hip circle on bars
• Handstand flat fall on vault
• Students will be promoted to the advanced level when the gymnast achieves the necessary skills.
