Beginning

  • 7 years and up
  • 75 min session
  • Girls are introduced to the full spectrum of gymnastics through all the apparatuses.

Skills learned in this level include:

  • Handstands, cartwheels, and backward rolls on floor
  • Pull-over and casts on bars
  • Relevé walk and specific jumps on beam
  • Run and board punch on vault
  • Students will be promoted to the intermediate level when the gymnast achieves the necessary skills.
