In this course, you will do more complex projects that encompasses the skills learned in the first course as well as learn new skills. Instead of focusing on one concept and sensor, the challenges will use multiple sensors and requires the students to figure out which programming concepts to apply. The class will cover:
Record logging data. Read and interpret data.
Learn about file access (read/write)
Use the content editor
Use the image and sound editors
Build different types of robots to do various challenges (projects).
This class uses the LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Education Edition which is the same set used in First LEGO League (FLL) competitions.
Prerequisites: LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Robotics class or equivalent
Extended Hours
Stay for the other half of the day. There is no teacher instruction. We will help with programming as best effort.
