Equipment

• Team Jersey, shorts, and flags are provided by the league.
• Players must purchase their own mouthpiece and wear it at all practices and games. Any player without a mouthpiece will not be allowed to participate.
• Players can wear athletic shoes or cleats (no metal, please).
• Soft-shelled helmets are recommended not mandatory.
