Mission Statement - To prepare students for leadership positions and professional practice in academia, industry and government; to improve the productivity, health, safety and enjoyment of human life through leading-edge research; and to stimulate and grow the economy by providing qualified engineering professionals and by transferring the technologies developed in College of Engineering research to the private sector.
The John and Marcia Price College of Engineering has two types of scholarships from an application perspective; Auto-match scholarships and Apply-to scholarships.
Auto-match scholarships only require you to complete the General Application and the College of Engineering Application. This means, once you have completed the General Application and the College of Engineering Application, the system will auto-match your application to the scholarships you qualify for. No more action is needed unless you would also like to apply for Apply-to scholarships. Students who apply to the Apply-to scholarships significantly increase their chance of receiving a scholarship.
Apply-to scholarships require additional information from you, typically an essay or to answer a series of questions for possible consideration.
