Join us and learn secrets for combining aromatic herbs and spices with seasonal ingredients to create the flavors that make Thai cuisine uniquely delicious. We’ll walk you through techniques for everything from stir-frying and making soup to steaming dumplings and preparing sauce. Our instructor will also share tips for using and maintaining a wok.
Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
