Our Counselor In Training program is designed to give the teen experience and job training. Teens can earn up to 30 hours of community service per week. Leadership, responsibility, service to the community and becoming part of the adult work force are emphasized. Teens will interact with children in our summer camps and assist adult staff in their duties.
