School-age Summer Camp

Spectrum Station offers full time care for school-age children during the summer months. Children want to have fun during the summer and our program provides many entertaining activities. School-age classrooms are designed with your child’s needs in mind. Discovery Zones offer a variety of hands-on activities to challenge your child’s imagination. We offer game zones, multiple building and construction zones, imagination zones, listening areas, and more.

Your school-age child’s summer is also filled with exciting field trips and activities brought into the center. Field trips are taken to a wide variety of interesting and fun locations such as Moon Marble Company, Kauffman Stadium, Shatto Milk Company, Earth Works, swimming, bowling, Fun Run, McDonald's, and much more. Spectrum Station runs a lower staff to child ratio on field trips (1-10). Full and part time care is available. Children may attend for all or part of the summer. A one-time fee for field trips is charged.
