What is Traveling Day Camp?
Traveling Day Camp
Is a week-long unique blend of outdoor ministries and congregational ministry
Is designed for young people who have completed grades K-6
Heartland Camp provides all programming (art supplies, game equipment, curriculum resources, and activities)
Is supported by the host congregation through planning, promotion of the program, and providing volunteers
Strengths of Our Traveling Day Camp
Is a uniquely relational ministry with an emphasis on offering quality Christian role models for young people
Provides traveling teams that are comprised of exceptional young adults who are passionate about their faith and children’s ministry
Includes trained staff who are equipped to lead Bible studies, worship, singing, crafts, and recreation
Is dedicated to bringing the outdoor activities and energy of camp to your community

We are also delighted to announce Camp Exceptional, a camp for children with developmental disabilities. I am so excited that Heartland will be able to provide a camp tailored to their needs and passions. Contact for more details.
Deals
You may choose the tier that is most suitable for your family. It is really an honor system; you tell us what is affordable for your family. All campers receive the same Heartland Center experience no matter what they pay. For those families that cannot afford Tier 1, additional financial assistance is available to ensure that all children have this wonderful opportunity to attend camp. In addition, some families use this system to give themselves a multi-child or multi-week discount.
