Our craft is a lot of work! But it's also called Show Business not Show Art and there's so much that goes into
getting reading to work in the field. We'll take some time to talk about all the things that are required to pursue
a profession in the arts besides what we do on the stage or in front of the camera. Discussion will include how
to create a professional looking headshot and resume, different areas of the arts that you can work in, what to
consider when selecting a college (do you need to go to school specifically for an arts degree or not!?), as well
as what's going on in various markets like New York and LA around the country....oh and wait - what's going
on right here in Kansas City! Can you be making your own work right here? Let's have some fun and chat!
Bring all your burning questions and we will do our best to get them all answered. "I heard that...." Bring
everything you've heard and let's figure it out together. You'll come away with lots of information and the tools
to really get started professionally
