Professor Sergio Silva and Team Special designed a great class to best help beginners in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu understand the real fact of Self-Defense. This class Teens as young as 10 years old are allow to come to practice and learn the principles of basic self-defense and street fighting altercation awareness. Here students will study the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Vale Tudo! How to close the gap and practice restraining techniques. How to mobilize someone without the injury.
