Leadership Training Program

During this program we try to instill the confidence and responsibilities needed to be a strong leader. We focus on teaching risk management, group management, instruction and facilitation.

We create many scenarios and leadership opportunities where we as the kids to manage and work through. They will also take away a Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification that will prepare them to help lead in the case of a medical emergency with their training.
