Summer at Mingei

Summer at Mingei gives kids the opportunity to immerse themselves in folk art, craft and design from around the world. Taking place at Mingei International Museum in Balboa Park, this experience emphasizes children’s ability to create and use their imaginations. Together with arts educators and community artists, students will explore how art drives empathy and brings people together through art making, gallery tours, and rich conversation.
