At Fremont YSC we have the program, that provides the safety, and freedom for children to play through the medium of soccer.
- Volunteer and High School Players supervise sessions
- Environment for players to play freely
- Develops social skills, and physical wellbeing
- Emphasis on fun, participation, social interaction, and self discovery with movements to assist in motor development
- Freedom to express themselves in a low pressure environment, resulting in creative problem solving
- Fun games played to a story line, from going on a pirate adventure, to taking soccer dog for a walk passed the sleeping giant!
The U6 Play Program is a way for players to have fun and find their love of the sport. Players take part in fun, age-appropriate soccer, and motor skill activities. At this age, a player’s imagination can run wild, some of the activity and session topics are “Pirates”, “Cars”, “Jungle Animals” etc. Each week players will use their imagination to transform into the week’s session topic. “Pirates” will steer their pirate ship (Dribble their Soccer Ball) along one of the 7 seas, (Soccer Field). Coaches and Volunteers make each session as fun and energetic as possible, so each player goes home with the best soccer experience. The U6 program will also introduce some Individual Dribbling sessions from our Competitive Program.
