We are a supportive, fun-loving community for all niche movement disciplines! Founded in 2006, APEX School of Movement began as one of the first formal parkour training programs in the US. After opening our first space in downtown in 2009, we have expanded multiple times to our current, specialty-built space. Through teaming up with Circus Foundry, we now also offer a variety of circus and aerial arts classes.
