The Youth Strength Training (YST) program is designed to orient youth members ages 8-15 to the Fitness Center in a small group setting. During this 3-phase course, youth will be trained on how to safely and appropriately use our cardio and strength training equipment, as well as learn proper Fitness Center etiquette and rules. All youth ages 8-11 years old must go through our YST program before utilizing the Fitness Center, and we highly encourage youth ages 12-15 to take the class as well. A parent or guardian must accompany youth members ages 8-9 in the Fitness Center at all times.
