This fitness class will offer a more advanced and specialized approach with emphasis in one of two workout tracks (cardio development or strength development) for which the instructor will customize training for individual students. Both tracks will incorporate weight training, movement, and agility drills aimed to build a healthier body. Additionally, health and wellness components will be part of the class, including personal care (nutrition, sleep, etc.), as well as discussions on social, emotional, and mental health. Assessment will be based on a student’s ability to progress through the customized cardio or strength track.
