A new season calls for new macaron flavors! In this three-hour class, our chef instructor will walk you through the techniques of making these French confections—from meringue-making to macaronage. Learn the secrets for piping with precision, achieving the perfect pied (foot) and making two styles of buttercream fillings. At the end of class, everyone will have an array of tasty Blueberry Cheesecake Macarons and Vanilla Bean Macarons with Mocha Buttercream.
Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
