These 45-minute classes are designed for maximum results for busy
people! Each session will focus on body toning, core, and cardiovascular
conditioning. You will learn proper form and have a lot of fun on equipment
like medicine balls, battle ropes, and more. You will be sure to improve
strength while building lean muscle for greater weight loss results.
Bring an exercise mat, towel, and water. All levels are welcome.
