Jim Booth Swim School

Welcome to Jim Booth Swim School, the longest running swim school in Santa Cruz County.

We’ve taught multiple generations of locals to swim and be confident in the water. Early success leads to bigger successes, one step at a time.

Our swim teachers use gentle encouragement plus high expectations to build happy, confident swimmers.

Our program started 50 years ago with one goal in mind: Excellence! Our techniques are unique and emphasize good basics. It is easier to learn the right way the first time than to have to relearn later.

Classes are offered from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, year round for all ages. We also have Friday & Saturday classes available.
