This class provides an introduction to professional cooking (culinary arts). Learn how to plan and make meals while developing basic knife skills, seasoning skills, and how to sauté using less oils and fats. Learn soup making, breads, and healthy snacks. Also, learn basic nutrition information on how to eat healthy. Will gain the necessary skills to earn a SafeServ Certificate.
