Parking: Parking is $25 per car or motorcycle; $15 after 3pm. For evening events and on Saturdays, parking is $10 after 6pm. (Rates include Los Angeles City Parking Occupancy Tax.)

Holiday Closures: The Villa is closed annually on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. It will close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Service animals, such as guide dogs for the blind, are welcome at the Villa. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Accessible parking spaces are located in both Central and South garages and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Staff can direct you to the closest parking available.

Visual Descriptions Audio Tour
Available on the free GettyGuide app https://www.getty.edu/visit/app, a visual descriptions audio tour offers detailed descriptions of selected works on display at the Villa.
Indoor Lighting
Lighting may be dimmed in galleries that contain photographs or drawings to protect the art.
For Visitors Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
ASL Interpretation
To request ASL interpretation, please email visitor services visitorservices@getty.edu with your name and arrival date and time. It is recommended to submit the request at least 2 weeks in advance.
Assistive Listening Devices
Free assistive listening devices (ALDs) are available for all tours and for the Orientation Theater and Villa Auditorium. Each ALD has an ear piece and a clip that can be attached to clothing.
Induction Neck Loops
Free induction neck loops, which work with hearing aids that have a T-coil switch, are available free of charge at the Coat Check inside the Museum entrance as well as at most event venues.
Infrared Sound Enhancement
The Villa Auditorium is equipped with infrared sound enhancement systems.
Open Captioning
Open captioning in English accompanies the introductory film shown in the Orientation Theater.

For Visitors Using Mobility Aids
Standard Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for free rental on a first-come, first-served basis in the Entry Pavilion.
Wheelchair Seating
Front- and rear-row wheelchair seating is available at events in the Auditorium and the Outdoor Classical Theater for visitors using wheelchairs and for their companions. Please arrive early to reach this area before programs begin. Visitor Services staff will be available to assist you.
Accessible Facilities
All public restrooms have accessible facilities.
Family restrooms include private facilities for assisting a companion and are located next to the Museum Store and at the tour bus drop-off area.
