Exciting story-based games provide the fundamentals for further growth in this parent participation class. Children are gaining independence as they discover themselves and their abilities. Kids progress to learn how to dribble and follow the ball. Along with basic to advanced motor skills, classroom and team skills such as taking turns, listening to a coach and following directions are stressed in a fun environment.
This class is a parent participation class. You are required to be with your child during the class. This helps both your child and the group. The more involvement and energy you have, the more your child will get out of the class. This age group is growing in independence and we want to promote that. So for some games, you will not be involved, unless your child needs assistance.
