This fusion class offers a combination of Pilates and Ballet. To prepare for the barre, we take Pilates ‘off the mat’ with balls and props. Exercises focus on sculpting and lengthening essential muscles used to hold proper ballet alignment. At the barre, ballet exercises move in quick succession to provide a boost to your heart rate. Center work and across-the-floor choreography reinforce the techniques learned at the beginning of class and at the ballet barre to round out this total body workout.
Teens and Adults brush up on your basics! This is a beginning to intermediate level open program class designed to enhance the technical execution of your fundamental ballet repertoire. Our drop in format makes it easy to fit into your busy schedule. Previous experience is required. Please note that the class will be cancelled if there are less than 2 reservations 1hour prior to the start time of the class.
