Introduction to App Design

Children ages 7-10 are invited to register for this 4-session introduction to app design. In this program, participants will learn the basics of coding and design using a drag and drop interface created at MIT. No prior coding knowledge is required. This program is a gateway to basic coding principles and topics, such as variables and if/then statements.Participants need to bring a notebook, pencil, and laptop to the program. Participants also need to be able to access a Gmail account (username and password).Registered participants who miss the first session or are late to the first session may lose their spot in the program.
