Let's have some FUN! Join us for a class exploring basic health & fitness gymnastics skills and Yoga stretching that will improve flexibility, strength, stamina, and coordination for your child. Learn the parallels and differences of these two activities. Children will be exposed to a variety of physical exercises and terminology they can use as they grow. Gymnastics and stretching are great exercises to strengthen the body, increase flexibility, calm the mind, improve cognitive skills and challenge ones’ self. It also helps with getting the proper rest while sleeping. We will use props, books, and fun music in class! Wear comfortable clothes. Students will be barefoot; yoga mats are provided.
