A dance acrobatics class that focuses on developing acrobatic skills required in so many dance styles today. Classes will also be focusing on injury prevention and strength building. For dancers’ safety, all tumbling is done utilizing floor mats in addition to tumble tracks, incline mats, octagonal tumblers and other equipment used for safely learning new skills. Class sizes are limited to also ensure dancers’ safety.
Acro conditioning classes taken in conjunction with acro helps dancers to improve their skills by increasing the strength needed to advance.
