What We Offer: Age 6-10
During a dedicated mindfulness segment of the camp, participants will explore various techniques to promote mental and emotional well-being. Activities include breathing techniques for relaxation and focus, mindful arts and crafts, chanting, fundamental Yoga postures for physical and mental balance, and a gratitude practice to cultivate a positive mindset.
Campers will delve into the basics of kayaking, covering paddle strokes, self-rescue techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
