This is a beginner's class for race/triathlon training. Four week session meets every Sunday from 2-3pm. Each session focuses on a different element of race training. Week 1: Swim Week & Nutrition; Week 2: Bike/Run Week; Week 3: Transitions & Weights; Week 4: Swim, Bike and Run Taper. Coached by USAT Certified Level 1 Triathlon Coach Pam Davenport. All classes held at Longview Community Center. Appropriate for ages 12+.
