Beginning this summer, students enrolled in ThinkTank Learning’s SAT Boot Camp will see the results of a newly redeveloped SAT Boot Camp course. Utilizing the skills and insight of our most experienced SAT instructors, we have improved the testing, teaching, strategy, and practice in all three subject areas.
Students will have the option of choosing a weekend or weekday course, where each class is 4.5 hours long. This gives students and teachers ample time to review the relevant materials and to make sure that the students really understand the questions. We know how taxing a long class can be for the students and teachers alike, and have carefully rearranged the syllabus to provide breaks, activities, and discussions throughout the class. Every students’ progress will be monitored over the 8-week course to ensure that they are making improvements.
After attending the 8-week course students will have completed the homework equivalent of 8 SAT tests, finished 5 SAT practice tests, and have access to an additional 9 SAT practice tests. That’s over 3,700 questions! The result is a much more logical, coherent approach to the SAT, with an updated mix of activities and a renewed focus on the reason behind the questions, not just the answers.
