The Teen Strength and Conditioning Camp, hosted by our head Fitness Trainer, Aaron Quick, has come to a close! During this camp, the teens were challenged with a large variety of movements to help build strength and increase their metabolic conditioning, They learned how to lift and workshop properly, through functional, compound, and isolated movements, all while focusing on proper form, technique, and body mechanics. Coach Aaron would like to thank all the teens who care out to participate and knows that what they have learned during his 5 week clinic will last them lifetime!
