Expand your cooking repertoire with the fabulous flavors of Japan. Our chef instructor will teach you about common Japanese ingredients and guide you through creating tasty and traditional Japanese dishes. You’ll practice your frying and grilling skills, learn to make dipping sauces and unique cookies, and get tips and techniques to cook restaurant-quality dishes at home.
Paying adult must accompany ages 17 & under.
Hands-on classes are limited to 14-16 students, depending on location.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
