Grade 4 Accelerated

This course is an entry point for 4th grade students new to our program and unique approach. The curriculum emphasizes fluency in computations, including all four operations, exponents, and the order of operations. The methodology prioritizes the use of logic and reasoning when solving arithmetic, algebraic, and word problems. Students master computations, the order of operations, study fractions and decimals, inequalities, and develop mathematical reasoning by solving word problems, analysing metric relationships, and working with algebraic expressions and multi-step equations. After completing this course, students enter our 5th grade Advanced level.
