Looking for a hands on, tasty activity for your young chef? Join us this Fall as we provide junior chefs with the tools necessary to create, cook, and learn. Chefs learn about nutrition, seasonal cooking, knife skills, the purpose of core ingredients and role food plays in culture. Sign up for multiple sessions, each session introduces different foods and recipes. Class is designed to follow all applicable safety protocols in State and Santa Clara County health orders (whichever is stricter). Hand sanitizer will be available on-site. Participants are required to wear a face mask at all times and to read, understand and agree to the COVID-19 Informed Consent.
