Pre-Rec Gymnastics

An introduction to “big kid” skills on all the men’s and women’s Olympic gymnastics apparatus, plus trampoline. The emphasis in this co-ed class in on movement, building strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and social skills. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, handstands, swings and more! This class requires an Annual Membership of $65.00.
