Wado Ki Kai Karate uses traditional and contemporary training styles. Primarily Okinawa-Japanese based Karate. This Martial Arts incorporates traditional Kata's (forms), Korean Kicking techniques from Tae Kwon Do, flexibility and tumbling as in gymnastics and practical Self-Defense skills. The focusing on techniques rather than strength or size. Students will improve self-esteem through the disciplines of practice, concentration, proper breathing and goal setting. 9\ classes. Class is every Tuesday and Thursday.
