Online Live with Zoom! Until Shelter in Place has lifted conditioning for aerial. Gain arm, grip, core strength and leg stretch so that when you come back to the silk you will easily be able to do more tricks and have the stamina to stay in the air longer!
Intermediate levels. Learn tricks on the Trapeze like ankle hang, back balance, fire hydrant. And on the aerial silk, learn cross back straddle, Star drop, Ankle hang, Rebecca splits, etc . Students who already know these tricks will learn more advanced tricks.
Practice flying high while improving your strength and flexibility.
Prerequisite: Must know how to climb, do foot locks, and perform 360 to be in this class.
Cancellation of classes: Enrollment may be frozen by email notification. Classes left may be used at a later date. Classes missed before notification can not be made up. You may make up class in any other class your child's age anytime during the semester except the last week of class. No refunds.
