Fremont Football League

Fremont Flag Football is a joint effort between the Fremont Football League (FFL) and the City of Fremont. Together, the FFL and the city have put together this flag football league in an effort to teach the fundamentals of football in a safe and controlled environment. The program has been designed by a number of dedicated parents who have put their time and energy into making our program the best it can be. The rules of this game have been created by our flag football coaches and have been done so in the interest of fair play and safety. Our program was created so that children can learn the game of football and be taught how to thrive in a competitive setting.
