These cool days of autumn provide an invitation to reflect on life’s natural cycles of change. Join Rev. Tim for a day of connection to inner wisdom. We’ll warm our bodies with gentle movement, clarify our awareness with meditation, and let peace seep in fully with deep relaxation. We’ll build an autumn altar, and use chant, ritual, and poetry to reflect upon autumn’s lessons of stillness, color, and transformation. No prior meditation experience needed. All bodies and body types are welcome. Invite friends to join you. Wear loose and comfortable clothing, bring two cozy blankets to use during relaxation periods, bring pillows or a mat to sit on (or you can use a chair), and bring a bag lunch.
Morning Only is also an option for those unable to stay the whole day (9:30 – 12:30).
