Looking for a challenging class to improve your hand-eye coordination and fine motor control? In this course, students explore the structure of the human body, using various mediums, including graphite pencil, charcoal, ink, and conte crayon. Students practice drawing from live models in class while paying special attention to proportion, line quality, balance, and the principles of movement and form. Basic anatomy will also be covered as well. Group work and critiques are an important part of the class. Previous drawing experience is recommended.
