Join BORP on Tuesdays at 2pm PDT for an inclusive functional strength training class. This 45 minute class will include a warm-up with stretching and mobility work, followed by an integrative strength training and core workout, and will wrap up with some breathing exercises.
This class can be performed seated or standing and can be completed at home with no equipment, or with optional various home equipment including towels, soup cans (dumbbells), resistance bands, filled water bottles (medicine balls or other kinds of balls).
