James Kennedy, author and creator of the 90-Second Newbery Film Festival, will lead young people in this full-day workshop to make a short film that retells the story of a Newbery-Award-winning children's book.
No experience necessary. Young people ages 9 to 14 are encouraged to sign up with friends.
Lunch and snacks provided. (Pizza and fruit.) Registration is limited, participants will choose a book as the basis for their film when they sign up.
