EV3 Advance Robotics:
Enables students to design, program and control fully functional models. Students will use software to plan, test and modify sequences of instructions for a variety of life-like robotic behaviors. Introduces many challenging builds that consists of a number of missions simulating real-life engineering problems. Students will learn more about systems, subsystems and advanced programming algorithms.
Coding (Scratch + Building with EV3):
Bring LEGO® Bricks to life with coding! The ability to code is a key component of technology education today. Our coding programs will teach students important strategies to enhance their logic and problem-solving skills, as well as help them work toward becoming technological innovators of tomorrow. Students will build models with LEGO® Education’s EV3 elements, then control their models with the codes they write.
Video Game:
Students will develop a range of coding and problem-solving skills as they create fun video games. Game designers will think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively to create various video games. Each Game Design includes a themed mini-model built with LEGO® Bricks that will be the main character of all of the games. Each game progressively teaches more advanced capabilities within the video game design software. Students will be proud and excited to actually play their very own completed video game at the end of the camp.
Math Olympiad:
This Math Olympiad course is designed to teach the major strategies of problem solving, to foster mathematical creativity, and to stimulate enthusiasm and love for the types of problems that students encounter in competitive mathematics.
This class includes notes, practice problems, assessments, and videos for each topic covered to allow students to learn and review both the material and problem-solving skills.
