Chess Summer Camp

Little Champs is proud to offer a dynamic chess camp for kids. The camp focuses on giving kids skills to improve their ability to play better chess, understand the fundamentals, and learn some basic strategies.

Our instructor is a very experienced competitive player and chess coach for kids, Chess Coach Flyn. He’s taught after-school programs since 2013 and has been coaching private students for several years. At this camp your child will be introduced to concepts in cognitive thinking, creativity, pattern recognition, and critical decision making. This camp develops children's skills in one of the world's oldest board games in a fun filled environment. We welcome any child of 6 years or older to attend the camp. We always get a great mix of beginners and intermediate players. Every child walks away from the camp with greater understanding of reasoning, organization and analytic thinking. This camp is the right balance of instructions and competitive play.
