Phight Club’s program is to help kids focus on discipline, stability, and goals. Throughout the year Phight Club introduces kids to amateur boxing competitions that often lead to world and Olympic games.
Phight Club’s 6-week summer camp for kids 8-17 will encourage leadership, improve communication skills, build confidence, and help kids and teens learn how to work with others in a fun, safe, and friendly environment.
Schedule
- Week 1 – July 6-10- Intro to footwork, jab, and right cross
- Week 2 – July 13-17-Defensive Tools- Inside parry, outside parry, slips and blocks
- Week 3– July 20-24- Bag Work-How o use heavy bags and it’s science
- Week 4– July27-31-Hooks- Learning how to throw hooks properly to head and body
- Week5- Aug 3-7-Track- Learning how track improves boxing skills
- Week 6– Aug 10-14-The Art Protective Sparring
